I can't say for certain and i'm still researching this subject, what is clear though is that because it happens remotely (without the gold NP being in contact) it's probably some electromagnetic effect.
The nanotech feeds off the body's electrical charges and ATP. It manufacture its own circuits and networks, but these can be degraded or blasted out by very weak electrical currents ans specific frequencies. For example, if the voltage is too strong for the nanotech, it would blow a fuse or implode at an atomic level. I think the word "mechanism" of action should only be used here in a strictly metaphorical sense since the most important processes in nature are not mechanical. :) I don't think so, but you can make colloidal gold with the gold that you have, that's a really good skill to learn and doesn't require that much equipment. Then the colloidal gold needs to be applied on the skin (colloidal gold is already a big thing in the skincare business), on the torso for example, protecting the heart, brain and the core vasculature would be the main priorities ...
